The Czech Republic, Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia. The other two current applicant states, Bulgaria and Rumania, are deemed not to be advanced enough to be included in the forthcoming enlargement.
