You are also not permitted to (and agree not to allow any third party to) modify, create a derivative work of, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer any right in the software or attempt to decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer it. The software may not be sold or otherwise commercially redistributed.

You are free to distribute and make copies of the screen saver at no-charge on a non-commercial basis providing you keep the program files and the associated data files in original intact condition.

The ECBI reserves the right to automatically update the software with new features, functionality and images without your consent.

Pictures used in this screen saver are copyright protected. Pictures may not be reproduced, in whole or in part, without the credited photographer's expressed written permission.

The images cannot be used outside of the screen saver.
