Apply for Jobseeker Payment with MyGovID

An online and secure system that allows customers with a verified MyGovID account to apply for Jobseeker's Benefit and Jobseeker's Allowance. The customer can provide all the required details to decide on a claim via web form and once the application is completed, it is automatically forwarded to the Department of Social Protection for review and approval.

To register for a verified MyGovID account, users must have a Public Service Card (PSC), and either verify their account by phone, in an Intreo Centre or by post.
