To capture electronically the Official Translations of the Acts of the Oireachtas and create an XML database, which can be added to on a dynamic basis, together with the corresponding enacting language versions, published by the Office of the Attorney General. To develop the database as a translation aid, in order to facilitate Rannóg an Aistriúcháin, the translation section of the Houses of the Oireachtas, in its work particularly through the identification and accessing of precedents. To enable publication of the database on the World Wide Web and on CD-ROM and/or DVD, including all the required functionalities outlined in the request for tenders.

Qualifications: Economic and financial capacity - means of proof required: a brief financial statement in respect of the type of services to which this request for tenders relates, covering the last three years. Technical capacity - means of proof required: an indication of the technicians or technical bodies involved, whether or not belonging directly to the tenderer, and in particular a description of the tenderer's measures for ensuring quality; a list of the principal services supplied in the past three years, with the sums, dates and recipients, public or private, of the services provided, to be proved in accordance with Article 32(2) of EU Council Directive 92/50/EEC.
