Juvenile Liaison Officers work with children who have committed offences and to liaise with their families and victims of their behaviour and to do so within the framework of the Juvenile Diversion Programme with a view to altering offending behaviour, prevent re-offending and avoid entry to the formal Criminal Justice System.
