Make a submission, or view a submission to the Criminal Law Codification Advisory Committee
The Criminal Law Codification Advisory Committee was established on 1 February 2007. The function of the Advisory Committee is to oversee the development of a programme for the codification of the criminal law.
The Advisory Committee welcomes submissions, by email or post, on issues relating to the codification of criminal law. These submissions may be published on the website.
