Register a Tenancy with the PRTB

The Residential Tenancies Act 2004 provides that landlords must apply to register tenancies with the Private Residential Tenancies Board (PRTB).

The PRTB website allows landlords to apply online to register private residential tenancies. This facility also allows registered users to view their registered tenancies that have been created online, update particulars and submit queries online.
