Blended Working Evaluation Model

The Blended Working Evaluation Model is a tool designed to assist Civil Service organisations in assessing the impact of blended ways of working on the workforce, organisations, and the public. It provides a mechanism for continuous improvement, enabling organisations to gain valuable insights, share learnings, and identify areas for enhancement. The model is part of the Blended Working Policy Framework for Civil Service Organisations, which was launched in March 2022. The model was published in July 2024 and is intended to support the implementation of blended working approaches to deliver public services effectively.
