Foreshore Licence Application for proposed Dredging at Ballycotton Harbour. To dredge an area adjacent to the main pier at Ballycotton Harbour.

A copy of the application, and the relevant documents, maps, plans, and drawings, are available for inspection, between 08 August 2022 and 06 September 2022 (both days inclusive), free of charge at:
- Midleton Garda Station , Oliver Plunkett Place, Midleton, Co. Cork, P25 Y439. The relevant documentation is available for inspection at the public counter (open 24 hours). Please make contact by telephone at 021 462 1550 or by email to midleton.districtoffice@garda.ie to make an appointment.
- Cork County Council Planning Department , Cork County Council, County Hall, Cork, T12 R2NC. The relevant documentation is available for inspection at the Planning Department of Cork County Council during its public opening hours from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm daily (Monday - Friday).
- Midleton Library , Main Street, Midleton, Co. Cork, P25 W085. The relevant documentation is available for inspection during public opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday, inclusive, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Submissions received outside of the public consultation period cannot be considered.
