Part 8 Proposed development of a Burial Ground in Dromina

The proposed Burial Ground development shall include ancillary works such as the provision of:

• a car park
• a 6m wide Access Rd to facilitate access to the car park and burial ground
• the provision of internal beams and paths associated with the burial ground
• the removal of the road side hedgerow and the construction of a front boundary wall and access gates
• the demolition and removal of an old house located on the site which has no architectural merit and would appear to have been abandoned for some time
• associated site development works
