Construction works within the foreshore will include the installation of a proposed 400mm OD HDPE rising main that will discharge through an outfall diffuser head from the southern bank at the River Rine.

Under Section 19 of the Foreshore Act 1933 (as amended), and Regulation 42 of the European Communities (Birds and Natural Habitats) Regulations 2011

A copy of the application, and the relevant documents and information, are available for inspection, between 30 October 2024 and 28 November 2024, free of charge at the following locations:

Making a submission

Submissions received outside of the public consultation period cannot be considered.
