This study was commissioned by the Irish Defence Forces in 2016. The qualitative study was commissioned to investigate in more depth the results of the 2015 quantitative survey on organisation climate.

Workplace Climate In The Defence Forces
In total 73 focus groups took place and there were 603 participants in total. The focus groups were led by the University of Limerick research team to ensure anonymity and confidentiality.
