This Action Plan for Jobs for the South East covers the counties of Carlow, Kilkenny, Tipperary, Waterford and Wexford. The core objective of the Plan is to support employment creation in the South East through the delivery of over 190 collaborative actions focusing on increasing the number of startups, developing the capacity of existing enterprises, and capitalising on the strengths and opportunities of the region.
