SI No 208 of 2015 European Union (Control of Major Accident Hazards involving Dangerous Substances) (Revocation) Regulations 2015

The purpose of these Regulations is to revoke: (a) the European Communities (Control of Major Accident Hazards InvolvingDangerous Substances) Regulations 2006 (S.I. No. 74 of 2006), and (b) the European Union (Control of Major Accident Hazards Involving Dangerous Substances) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 571 of 2013), as part of the transposition of Directive 2012/18/EU “of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2012 on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances, amending and subsequently repealing Council Directive 96/82/EC” into Irish law.
