How do I submit an FOI

Your application should be sent by email to foi@finance.gov.ie containing reference to the FOI Act 2014, and giving as much information as possible about the records being sought.

Email is the preferred route of contact between requesters and the Department for administration purposes, however requests may also be received in writing to the following address;
