Gender Pay Gap Report 2024 - Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage

The Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 Regulations require organisations with more than 250 employees to report on the hourly gender pay gap in their organisation across the range of metrics.

In addition to providing the mandatory gender pay gap statistics for the department as a whole, this report also provides some further analysis by the three distinct grade streams:

  • administrative
  • professional & technical
  • industrial
