Director, Finance and Estate Management Directorate
Responsible for financial reporting and control, procurement and management of the Irish Prison Service Estate through the oversight of capital and maintenance projects. The Directorate is split into a number of key areas including:
Financial Control
Central Purchasing Unit
Estate Management
The Directorate produces annual financial statements and ensures the implementation of controls and procedures in compliance with EU and National regulations.
