Irish Refugee Protection Programme Mid-Phase Review Report

When Government approved the current phase of the Irish Refugee Protection Programme (IRPP) in March 2024, covering the period 2024-2027, the Minister committed to a mid-phase review of the Programme.

This review was to examine the progress of the programme at mid-phase, covering the period 2024 to the end of 2025.

Deloitte was commissioned to undertake this review on behalf of the Department. The review report Mid-phase review of The Irish Refugee Protection Programme assesses performance against targets, evaluates strategic implementation, and identifies adjustments required to achieve programme objectives.
