What the Up-cycling of Bicycles and eBikes Pilot Initiative is

The Up-cycling of Bicycles and eBikes Pilot Initiative is a pilot initiative to supply up-cycled bicycles and e-bikes for marginalised people or people on low incomes. €3m funding has been provided by the Department of Transport's Community Services Programme.
