National Policy Statement on Airport Charges Regulation

Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport is proposing legislative amendments to the Aviation Regulation Act, 2001 to give effect to changes to the current regulatory regime for setting airport charges at Dublin airport. These changes are informed by a review of the current regime, which included an independent assessment of its effectiveness and industry and public consultation.
