Minister Donnelly publishes 2021 Annual Report of the CervicalCheck Tribunal

The Minister for Health, Stephen Donnelly TD, has today published the 2021 Annual Report of the CervicalCheck Tribunal.
The CervicalCheck Tribunal was established on 27 October 2020 under the CervicalCheck Tribunal Act 2019. Establishment of the Tribunal was finalised with the appointment of the nominated members to the Tribunal with effect from 1 December 2020.
Section 35 of the CervicalCheck Tribunal Act 2019 places a requirement on the CervicalCheck Tribunal to submit an annual report to the Minister for Health not later than six months after the end of each financial year. The Act also provides that the Tribunal shall include particulars of its accounts in its annual report, and that the Minister may publish the report as he or she thinks fit.
