The Minister for Finance & Public Expenditure and Reform, Paschal Donohoe, together with the Minister of State for Financial Services and Insurance, Michael D’Arcy, today announced the final agenda and line-up of speakers for the European Financial Forum, which will take place in Dublin Castle tomorrow, Wednesday 12 February.
Now entering its fifth year, the European Financial Forum (EFF2020) has established itself as a key flagship event for the financial services industry, in Europe and globally, as it connects industry leaders from the main financial centres around the world. The theme of this year's forum is ‘Ready for a new decade'.
The European Financial Forum is a one-day event organised in partnership with the IDA and the Financial Times.
EFF2020 will feature keynote speakers from a very strong mix of European organisations such as the European Central Bank, European Banking Authority, and the European Securities and Markets Authority as well as a diverse range of speakers from the public, private and regulatory fields including:

Both Ministers recognised that the EFF allows Ireland’s international financial services sector to showcase its capability in providing specialist financial services, with senior executives explaining the importance of their Irish operations as part of their Global and regional corporate strategies.
The EFF is organised under the auspices of Ireland for Finance, the strategy for the development of Ireland's international financial services sector to 2025. The Financial Times, in partnership with IDA Ireland, will host and manage the Forum.
