Report on the Gender Pay Gap in the Office of Public Works 2025
The Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 Regulations require organisations with more than 50 employees to report on the hourly gender pay gap in their organisation across the range of metrics. This report sets out the gender pay gap measures for the Office of Public Works for 2025, as of the snapshot date 30 June 2025.
The Gender Pay Gap report also includes explanatory diagrams and commentary addressing various aspects of the OPW’s gender pay gap across established Civil Service grades and State Industrial staff, as well as measures designed to eliminate and reduce the gender pay gap.
