The Office of Public Works (OPW) is based in a large number of locations countrywide. Its services are provided by staff in a variety of roles and positions that may be seasonal, fixed term or permanent.

HR Management (Operational) manages the recruitment of operational staff for the OPW for a range of positions. These include Craftspersons, General Operatives, Storekeepers, Catering Assistants and Guides at visitor centres.

Entry-level recruitment by the OPW for operational staff positions will be advertised on this page.

Recruitment to all other entry-level positions in the OPW is carried out by the Public Appointments Service through their websites www.publicjobs.ie and www.gradpublicjobs.ie.
