The Regulator will oversee the effective governance, financial management and performance of all voluntary and co-operative housing bodies.
An Bord Pleanála is responsible for the determination of appeals and certain other matters under the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended.

The Property Registration Authority is the State organisation responsible for the registration of property transactions in Ireland and provides a registration of title (ownership) system for land.

The Valuation Office provides accurate, up-to-date valuations of commercial and industrial properties to ratepayers and rating authorities.
The Valuation Tribunal determines appeals against the decisions of the Commissioner of Valuation on the valuation of commercial properties.
The Water Advisory Body reports on how well Irish Water is performing and helps to increase public confidence in Irish Water.
