Ireland’s National Roadmap on the Use of the 700MHz Frequency Band

European Decision 2017/899 aims to ensure mobile phone and wireless broadband operators across Europe can use spectrum in the 700MHz band. Article 5 of the Decision obliges each Member State to publish a roadmap detailing how they will achieve the aims of the Decision.
Ireland published it's National Roadmap on the Use of the 700MHz Frequency Band in March 2019. An update was published in May 2020, setting out developments in the intervening period and the steps taken by the Regulator to deliver on this.
