The department has arranged that all post office payments will be held in your post office for 90 days.
If you receive your Social Welfare Payment into Post office account and cannot collect your payment during pandemic you can appoint an agent.
You can also get a social welfare payment into your bank.
An post will accept an expired PSC card as ID for customers collecting payments. This is only during the COVID-19 pandemic.
