The office of Government Procurement (OPGP) have carried out extensive updates to the Construction Works Management Framework (CWMF) Suitability Assessment Questionnaires for Works Contractors.
The Department of Education’s previous versions of SAQ have been removed. Users requiring access to SAQ templates should use the documents listed under Pillar 3 of the CWMF website (constructionprocurement.gov.ie )
Updated Completion Certificate for Stage 2b published.
Design Team Procedures Practice Note 3, “Inclusions in Tender Documents in Relation to Covid-19 for Projects Proceeding to Tender”, has been added. Scroll down to view.
Minor amendments to QW1 Appendix L CV Template and QW4 Appendix L CV Template (Reserved Specialists)
Procurement Documents for pre-qualification of Reserved Specialists have been added.
- Guidance on Procurement of Contractors amended. Design Team Procedures DTP-2012 Procuring
- Construction Contractors has been revised.
- Suitability Assessment Questionnaires DoES QW 1 (with and without Reserved Specialists) and 3 have been updated.
- Revised Appendix B2 Certificate of Satisfactory Execution has been added.
