has a number of supports available to help you with any financial issues you may have while you restrict your movements, self-isolate or complete mandatory quarantine.
Emotional/mental health supports
Whether you are self-isolating or restricting your movements it is important to look after your mental and physical wellbeing. Here are some steps you can take.
you can keep in touch with friends and family over the phone or internet, but don’t have physical contact with anyone who isn’t isolating with you
physical exercise is good for your wellbeing. Look for online classes or courses to help you take light exercise in your home
if you are restricting your movements, you can go outside, but you need to limit your contact with others. It’s ok to go for a walk, run or ride your bike. This does not apply to those that are self-isolating
Community supports are available during COVID-19 and can help with collection and delivery of food, essential household items, fuel, and medication, social isolation and other medical or healthcare needs.
