The Department of Social Protection is intending to enter into a data sharing agreement with the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) under the Data Sharing and Governance Act 2019.
The proposed agreement will enable the administration of the upcoming National End of Life Survey .
The proposed DSA is available for public consultation at https://www.gov.ie/consultations/DSA/ for a period of 28 days, from the 21st July 2022 to the 18th August 2022.
The public are invited to make submissions by email to consultations.dsa@per.gov.ie
Submissions must include ““DSPHIQA 005/220711 – HIQA National End of Life Survey" in the subject line of the email. Only submissions made to this email address by the closing date will be accepted.
