SAFE (Standard Authentication Framework Environment) Registration is the process used by the department to verify your identity when you apply for a Public Services Card (PSC).

As part of the registration process, you will need to attend a Public Services Card (PSC) centre. PSC centres provide either an appointment service or a walk-in service.
The quickest and easiest way to make a Public Service Card (PSC) appointment is to email your local PSC Centre directly.
