Report to the Minister for Health on an Evaluation and Analysis of Returns for 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018 including advice on Risk Equalisation Credits (Redacted)

The Minister for Health requested that the Health Insurance Authority provide a Report to the Minister under Section 7E of the Health Insurance Act 1994.

The Report includes:

an evaluation and analysis of Returns for the period 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018
such matters concerning the carrying on of health insurance business that the Authority considers ought to be brought to the attention of the Minister
the Authority’s conclusions in relation to what risk equalisation credits and stamp duty would be appropriate having had regard to the criteria set out in Section 7E(1)(b) of the Act
