The Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 Regulations require organisations with more than 250 employees to report on the hourly gender pay gap in their organisation across the range of metrics. This report sets out the gender pay gap measures for the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications for 2022, as of the snapshot date 24 June 2022.
The Gender Pay Gap report also includes explanatory diagrams and commentary addressing various aspects of the department's gender pay gap, and sets out an action plan of measures, some already underway, to assess and address the gender pay gap and promote gender equality across the department.
