The Assistant Secretary General/Chief Information Officer (CIO) has responsibility for the provision of secure, reliable and quality information and communications technology services and innovation, adaptability and new advances in technology.
This work optimises opportunities for digital service provision for customers and businesses through the MyGovID, MyWelfare and WelfarePartners platforms and achieves greater efficiencies and effectiveness in the delivery of these schemes and services.
This includes responsibility for:
- ICT systems development projects
- Technical Architecture & Business Object Modelling
- ICT Infrastructure
- Digital Services platforms
- Project Management Office & Business Change
- ICT Service Delivery Group/Operations
- ICT Information Security and Networks
