Assistant Secretary of the Public Service Pay and Pensions Division

The Assistant Secretary of the Public Service Pay and Pensions Division must:

  • level to formulate and promote national Public Service pay and pensions policies, consistent with budgetary sustainability, competitiveness and high standards of delivery
  • promote satisfactory industrial relations outcomes, in particular under the framework of the Public Service Stability Agreements across the Public Service
  • support the work of the Public Service Pay Commission
  • implement the Single Public Service Pension scheme administration project
