level to formulate and promote national Public Service pay and pensions policies, consistent with budgetary sustainability, competitiveness and high standards of delivery
promote satisfactory industrial relations outcomes, in particular under the framework of the Public Service Stability Agreements across the Public Service
support the work of the Public Service Pay Commission
implement the Single Public Service Pension scheme administration project
