Assistant Secretary of the Reform Division

Responsibilities of the Assistant Secretary for civil and public service reform include:

  • driving, co-ordinating, supporting and evaluating the delivery of the Government’s programme for public service reform
  • implementing the Civil Service Renewal plan, including organisational capability reviews
  • implementing legislative and reform commitments assigned to the Department, including those in the Programme for Government

Government reforms are aimed at promoting and supporting open, accountable and transparent government and public administration and good governance in the Public Service.
