The complaints process is as follows:
The Office of the Ombudsman examines complaints from people who feel they have been unfairly treated by public bodies such as government departments.
This is the complaints process for customer service. Appeals on decisions related to the department's schemes are dealt with by the Agriculture Appeals Office
Complaints should be made in writing by letter or by email. In cases where this is not possible, complaints may be made by telephone or in person.
