If a decision is taken not to authenticate/apostille a document at the Department's public counters in Dublin or Cork, an immediate review of the decision can be requested to be carried out by the supervisor on duty.
If the person remains dissatisfied with the decision, an appeal can be made in writing, together with a full copy of the document to:
