If you need to make an environmental complaint there are a couple of steps to follow:
In many cases, it is possible to resolve an environmental problem by contacting the person or business that you think is causing the problem directly.
If contacting the person or business has not resolved the issue, you can contact your local authority

Report your complaint by downloading and registering the app
In cases where the local authority has investigated your complaint and the problem persists, please contact the EPA.
The EPA will then investigate the issue and resolve it where possible.
