Apply for a Re-Entry Visa

Download an application form here for a re-entry visa, which is required for any person needing a visa to reside in Ireland, with a valid permission to remain, who leaves the State for a short period. The application form must be accompanied by the correct documentation and key criteria must be met. Applicants do not have to attend in person at the Visa Public Office, but if desired, an appointment to meet with a Visa Officer can be made.
