Customers with a verified MyGovID account can request a payment statement from the Department of Employee Affairs and Social Protection (DEASP). A payment statement is a record of the amount paid to a customer by the DEASP for a period of time. This statement is made available immediately via a PDF and is stored for future reference in the notification section of the customer's MyWelfare account.
