This electronic form enables users to make a complaint about anti-competitive behaviour to The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission. The CCPC is the statutory body responsible for enforcing consumer protection and competition law in Ireland.
Confidentiality and anonymous complaints
The CCPC will do everything possible not to pass your details to any third party however in certain limited circumstances they may be obliged to divulge information, including the identity of the source, to the firm under investigation.
You can submit an anonymous complaint to the CCPC, but there is no guarantee that the organisation will be able to take action. The CCPC can only act on such complaints if the information is verifiable and includes enough details to be useful. For more information please see the service link below.
