If you arrived in Ireland from Ukraine after 14 March 2024 and are resident in a Designated Accommodation Centre, you will receive a Beneficiary of Temporary Protection Weekly Payment.
If you get Beneficiary of Temporary Protection Weekly Payment and live in a Designated Accommodation Centre in Ireland must participate with Intreo Employment Service.
The Intreo Employment Service is here to help you find work. Everyone of working age, getting Beneficiary of Temporary Protection weekly payment, must attend appointments when invited by Intreo Employment Services.
Where possible, the Intreo Employment Services team will visit accommodation centres to meet with you. If this is not possible you may be asked to attend an Intreo centre.
If you get Jobseeker's Allowance in Ireland you must be available for and looking for full-time work.
You may work part-time; however, you must notify the department if you start work.
You must continue to look for full-time work and be prepared to accept offers of suitable full-time employment even if you are working part-time.
When you start working part-time or full-time you must contact your local Intreo Office to inform them of your circumstances.
The impact of working part-time on your Jobseeker payment will depend on your individual circumstances and the number of days you work and your earnings.

If you get Jobseeker's Allowance you must attend all appointments with Intreo Employment Services. You will meet with an Employment Personal Advisor who will help you to find work and access education and training.
