Vivienne Ahern is a Senior Advisor in the EU and International Environment and Circular Economy Section at the Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment. Vivienne also represents the Ireland and EU position at various EU Working Parties and international meetings on the Basel Convention and proposed International Instrument on Plastics.
