The Principal Officer, Citizens and Communities Section leads on just transition policy, oversees the EU Just Transition Fund at member State level, leads on the development of Ireland's Social Climate Plan, and has responsibility for policy relating to the EU Emissions Trading System 2 (ETS 2).
