Jack Vaughan

Jack Vaughan, 24, is a graduate of Technological University Dublin, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology. His academic background has opened pathways into a wide range of professional environments, including architecture practices, consultancy firms, construction partners, and developer-led teams.

Jack has accumulated diverse industry experience across several roles. He spent 1.5 years working in an architectural firm, followed by one year in Access Consultancy. He is currently seven months into his position as a Digital Construction and Innovation Graduate, a role that is intentionally broad and dynamic. In this capacity, he is responsible for researching, trialling, implementing, and training teams on emerging tools and technologies related to digital construction.

His work involves significant engagement with modern methods of construction (MMC), standardisation initiatives, digital tracking, and planning processes. Jack’s role is both practical and strategic, with responsibilities spanning on-site and off-site environments. A typical week includes time on construction sites, collaboration within office settings, and meetings with multidisciplinary teams such as engineers, quantity surveyors, planners, designers, aftercare specialists, and quality managers.

He is deeply involved in gathering feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting the rollout of new digital approaches, and contributing to the ongoing evolution of construction practices across the organisation.
