Statutory Instrument S.I. No. 440 of 2023: Student Grant (Amendment) (No. 2) Scheme 2023

This Scheme may be cited as the Student Grant (Amendment)(No.2) Scheme 2023.

This Scheme shall come into operation on 5th September 2023.

In this Scheme “Principal Scheme” means the Student Grant Scheme 2023 (S.I. No. 94 of 2023)

Article 15(7)(d)(v) of the Principal Scheme is amended by substituting the following:

“(v) be required to complete an equivalent period of study on an approved post leaving certificate course where more than one year was completed on any postgraduate course before being eligible to be considered for a grant, or”
