The proposed solution will automate task administration leveraging Radio Frequency Identification tags, a workflow platform and a dashboard that visualises tasks progress and potential back logs to management in real time.

1. Estimated 30% improvement in average waiting time associated with bed space management & allocation leading to a more enhanced patient experience.

2. Greater compliance and governance procedures resulting in improved risk management.

3. Increased performance & process management, task examination & efficiencies, and the elimination of the need for paper based reporting.
