No.

There is a duty to ensure compliance with the principles of processing personal data which are set out in Article 5(1) and 5(2) of the GDPR.

Yes. All electronic material is password protected and hard copy material is held in secure areas. The material is accessible and processed, only in connection with the purpose for which is has been provided.
