A Public Consultation was held on this application between Friday, 14 February 2020 and Monday, 16 March 2020.
North Irish Sea Array Wind Farm Limited has furnished further information to the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage in support of this Foreshore licence application under Section 3 of the Foreshore Act, 1933 (as amended) to undertake site investigations to determine detailed ground conditions and metocean conditions at a site off the coasts of County Dublin and County Louth.
The additional information provided has been deemed by the Department to be of sufficient scale and importance to require a further period of public consultation.
The additional information now being made available for further consultation pertains to:
• The assessment of in-combination effects
• Survey information and survey schedule
• Affects of geophysical surveys on marine mammals

Submissions or observations regarding the additional information now provided for consultation may be made, giving reasons, between 29th June 2021 and 28th July 2021 (quoting ref: FS007031) to the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Foreshore Section, Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Newtown Road, Wexford, Co. Wexford or foreshore@housing.gov.ie.
The closing date for submissions is close of business (17.30) on 28th July 2021.
Submissions received outside of the public consultation period cannot be considered.
